Jay has served as the agency’s Vice President and Managing Partner since its founding in 2002. Jay’s agency responsibilities include new client development, agency operation and company relations.

Jay has more than 30 years of cross-functional insurance industry experience, including various field-level and senior managerial positions with national and regional companies.

During his career, Jay has practice experience in risk underwriting, sales distribution, marketing, operations, customer service, product development, compliance and catastrophe management. Jay is an active consultant providing guidance to new insurance company ventures and for mature organizations.

Jay is a former collegiate baseball player, and communications program graduate of California State University, Hayward. He has been a coach and supporter of various youth and high school sports teams, and for non-profit, church and community groups.

When not in the office, Jay loves family time, and takes advantage of any chance to golf, hike and to hit the beach.
